These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Miser Magister website and apps at misermagister.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Miser Magister provides educational apps, games, and tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old to register or use Miser Magister, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Teachers who receive class accounts are responsible for giving each login only to the student it belongs to.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, try to break its security, or disrupt it for others.
• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm other users.
• Do not share content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Do not copy the Service’s content in bulk or redistribute it without our permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create, such as question sets and lessons. By saving or sharing it on the Service, you allow us to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run the Service. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you add.

We may remove content that breaks these Terms. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email us with a link to it and we will review it promptly.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Miser Magister and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is free of mistakes.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or to protect the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
